As the calendar flips at the beginning of each month, the downloaded workouts from the previous calendar will no longer be viewable at that time - though you can look forward to more app feature updates which will soon include the ability to download any of our videos for offline viewing within the Workout Library! Why can’t I hear the videos? Your offline videos from the BURN app calendar are accessible by viewing those those days in which videos have been downloaded. You can access all of your membership content via BURN by Rebecca Louise app! The video download feature is not available for desktop/mobile sites at this time. All videos, from both the current month and previous calendars, are included in the Library. If you’d like to add more to your daily workout, or are avoiding certain exercises due to physical limitations, you may choose to incorporate/substitute videos from the Workout Library. The Sunday videos are 28 minutes long and designed for stretching, relaxing, and refreshing your mindset for a new week of physical activity. Every day on the calendar has a different focus of exercise, with the varying routines targeted to optimize results and muscle recovery from week to week.
